The 10-Minute Workout
One of the main reasons people fail to achieve goals is because of a lack of consistency. Don't be one of those people. Even if you're having a crazy day, find time to squeeze in a 10-minute workout. You've got to have 10 minutes somewhere! The act of finding time no matter what will help you make exercise a nonnegotiable part of your life.

For me this was doable for my road trip. I got up about 90 min earlier and did my circuit training and T tap for each day that I was on my road trip because I knew I was not going to do my fitness workouts at a certain pace. My other walks would be bonus minutes.
Yes, doable:) Intensity is something I sometimes lack mostly because I golf so much and it's not intense.
Making it happen anywhere is the best :)
How about marching in place at home ?

The time that I did the mini workouts during the road trip is
a great thing to do Hugs. At least for me. I am sure my muscles
were confused when I did the mini workouts
