Which "Fit & Healthy" Goal is hardest for you to reach?

Everyday lately has been different/difficult for me.
Hopefully better soon hough :)
I voted other. Mine is drinking at least 8 cups of the water, the fruits and veggies.
My portion control is doing good and so is my working out 3 or more times each week.
Sleeping is good.

Drinking 8 glasses of water is hardest for me! In fact, I never drink that much anymore. I used to drink 8-10 glasses per day, did that for years, and just got tired of it! I find that I still lose weight only drinking 4-6 glasses per day and that is more comfortable for me than forcing myself to drink more. I also drink other beverages as well.

I found drinking lots of water even on trips is a hard thing to do. One has to go
looking for the restroom all the time. I usually like to get back the water after the
trips are done Nadine, so much easier for me.
