How green is your exercise routine? If you're spending a lot of time at the gym, it may not be as eco-friendly as you think. From treadmills to water bottles to the gas it takes to get there, there are lots of ways your workout could be bad for the planet. Ok, so no disposable water bottle...
I walk not run on the treadmill (no running period) & it's switched off until you switch it on when you use it...
No driving to the gym...
My work-out gear is pretty much just the clothes I've put on for the day.
I don't go to a gym or use electrical exercise
I thought it was interesting as well ..
Guess we'll do whatever we can to keep things green :)
You do just fine I am sure ..
Whatever little bit we can do helps/makes a difference.
Keep walking outside when it's cooler of course :)

I prefer just walking out the front door and going for my run.
That said, I do use the gym now & again,
If I sleep in or it's just to hot outside.
Also try to run intervals at least twice a month on the treadmill
so I can get times correct.
The gym is a bit of a drive for me, but I try to bundle it with other errands
so I'm over on that side of town for a reason.
