Was wondering for the QOTW ~

How fast do you eat ?
Slowly, small bites or not ?


According to NeverSayDiet.com, a recent study has provided some proof that it's more beneficial to eat slower. Check this out:

I sometimes eat breakfast and lunch on the run........too fast sometimes but not all the time.

Eating slowly like that at dinner is wise.
Great on the weater too.

Maybe you could make that a goal for you ?
I do know about the inhaling when hungry too ::blush::

I looked at the site and it mentioned half filling the spoon or fork when


eating the meals. That is a good idea that I like, too, Hugs.
