Was wondering for the QOTW ~
How fast do you eat ?
Slowly, small bites or not ?
According to NeverSayDiet.com, a recent study has provided some proof that it's more beneficial to eat slower. Check this out:

I sometimes eat breakfast and lunch on the run........too fast sometimes but not all the time.

I looked at the site and it mentioned half filling the spoon or fork when
eating the meals. That is a good idea that I like, too, Hugs.
