Worth giving anything a try :)
Trying that is what counts ..
We'll get there together :)
I have to consciously make myself eat slowly. Fast eating comes from
Um .. how long does it take you to eat ?
Actually I know that is best for you ..
You do a great job!
Me .. um .. inhale sometimes ::bluh::
Other times slow :)
How long does it take me to eat, you ask?
It takes the proper amount of time, unlike how I used to eat! When I was living home with my parents, I would be finished with my meal before my mom even sat down to eat! Geez!
Now, I relax my way through my meal and husband and I enjoy nice dinner conversation. Much better this way. :)
Now sounds perfect enjoying the meal & DH's company ..
Glad you learned how to do that :)
