Was wondering for the QOTW ~

How fast do you eat ?
Slowly, small bites or not ?

According to NeverSayDiet.com, a recent study has provided some proof that it's more beneficial to eat slower. Check this out:

We’ve all heard that eating slowly has its benefits, like actually giving our brain a chance to realize food has arrived. Research studies have shown that it takes about 20 minutes for the brain to realize that we are full. This is exactly what happened with the eight men and 14 women in the study. The participants consumed chocolate custard through a silicone tube attached to a pump, which dispersed the custard at 20 second intervals. How long does it take me to eat, you ask?

It takes the proper amount of time, unlike how I used to eat! When I was living home with my parents, I would be finished with my meal before my mom even sat down to eat! Geez!

Now, I relax my way through my meal and husband and I enjoy nice dinner conversation. Much better this way. :)
