What did you do good this past week? Good to me equals fun! DH and I had a fun day last Saturday walking around Farmer's Market in our Old Towne district and then ate late breakfast at a wonderfully beautiful restaurant. We sat by the window..so nice....
What did you do Great! this past week? Great makes me think of doing something great for myself. That was, and is, doing much better at keeping on track with healthy eating even in restaurants!! Yay me!! I'm drinking more water too..glug..glug..glug..LOL!
What can you work on for this week? I'll continue daily walking..or most days..and keep up the healthy eating and exercise and water. I'm working on my challenge goal for August to get out of the 200's and into the 190's..forever!!

Yes I have found that doing circuit training cuts workout time down really good and I still am working out.
I have time to do more hulahooping, reading, and other things.
