B-PB & J on multi-grain bread(one slice)
L-1/2 roast beef on multi-grain, fruit
D-Roast Lamb with frest carrots, potatoes, and green beans.
Fruit for desert and snacks
Saturday:
B-Oatmeal
L- 1/2 sandwich and fruit
D-Leftovers and more fruit
Snack - Rice cake snacks
Sunday:
B - granola
L- 1/2 ham sandwich with fruit
D- Up in the air at this point, maybe pea soup with crackers
snacks- fruit and rice cake snacks

Friday......
B) low sugar peanut butter on whole wheat toast..orange juice
L) slice left over pizza from DGS's bday party (not the best choice, but I ate it anyway)
D) left over brown rice with kidney beans, canned tomatoes, spices.
Snack) blueberries..heaping tsp. low sugar peanut butter.
Saturday.....
B) may be eating out, if so, I'll eat oatmeal or two eggs with dry wheat toast..same if we eat at home plus raisins in my oatmeal.
L) none if we ate B out..if not, whole wheat sandwich and banana
D) probably pork chops, mashed potatoes with 1% milk and Smart Balance buttery spread, green beans
Snack)
apple..blueberries..green olives..sm can tomato juice..few raw almonds
Sunday.....
B) blueberries
L) Chinese buffet
