Do you learn from failure ?

I hope so. Then I can find alternate ways of doing something. I fail at ab crunches so I hulahoop or do

standing crunches or I try to find other ab workouts.

Absolutely!

Failure is just as big a learning experience as success. Perhaps even bigger if you really take the time to think about what went wrong. I've always preached that there is no real failure unless you do nothing with it. If you use it as a learning experience good comes out of it, therefore it isn't really failure in the true sense of the word.

Well said Bev,
I absolutely agree with you too.
Actually one can't succeed if they don't try either :)

Mandy I do that at times too with other things and this one happened when I first walked. Took me 8 months to change the walk and do it better. You are not alone...really.
