yea very simple :] just throw some frozen/canned veggies on the stove for cooking, slice up some fruit and grill the veggie burgers lol ... i buy the bocas or the garden veggies ...put a little bit of fat free cheese on the top ... they are good :)
sometimes when my family is grilling out, i'll even have my pops grill one for me and put A1 on it and eat it as a steak LOL

Nice you can put what you like on them & really enjoy it like that :)
