I don't care for chicken wings myself..don't like the skin..but barbecue chicken sounds good. Have you found a barbecue sauce that does not have added sugars in it besides the natural sugars in tomatoes? I've looked and looked and cannot seem to find any and I don't think I want to make my own. I don't use recipes anymore..like to keep it simple..open a jar and pour..LOL! I have found low sugar spaghetti sauces, but not barbecue yet. I keep looking though!

B) shredded wheat..raisins..1% milk..orange juice
L) went out to a breakfast place for lunch..I ate two eggs, wheat toast, ham, small amount of home fried potatoes..bad girl on those potatoes!
D) will be left over pork chops and mashed potatoes from last night..Yay, love left overs! I'll add some canned corn.
Snack) Ohhh..probably some applesauce..olives..sm can tomato juice..raw almonds.
