REACH THEIR GOALS?
For me when I first started my journey I did not set any goals. I just walked but realized if I set workout goals for the the day, it helped me to do them.
That was in late 2006 near Winter when I realized that when I wrote the walks down I did not do enough.
I kept the workout journal just to see how far I progressed. I do it everyday now to keep it up to near 2 hours.
This worked for me in setting up my next goal for reducing my weight and my continued progress. That is what I do to help me believe in reaching my goals. I set my goals in small amounts so I would not get frustrated each
time. Then when I conquered that goal, I continued setting up the next small goal.

There was a time I didn't think I could reach my goal.
Are you planning to stay down to 120 Julie?
Well on the activity side, you are doing super. You must be talking about the food side, right Julie?
Yes controlling is hard work. I was reading somewhere which I kind of follow that controlling would
take 60 to 90 minutes of intense activity everyday.
You're such a great inspiration for all of us Aileen!
Yes, I do believe I can reach my goals - the help of my friends here on F&H make it possible, too!

Who Me?
I believe that we can reach our goals.
It's just a matter of keeping
Of course I know I can reach my goal ..
Am close & hopefully sooner than later will get there :)
I agree Liz. That is why last yr. I kept reducing small ones at a time until I finally got to my goals that I wanted.
It is very easy to be frustrated and very easy to give up.
Right Hugs. If we are all positive on thinking this way, it is doable. Whether it is getting there pretty soon, or later, we know it will happen.
