REACH THEIR GOALS?

For me when I first started my journey I did not set any goals. I just walked but realized if I set workout goals for the the day, it helped me to do them.

That was in late 2006 near Winter when I realized that when I wrote the walks down I did not do enough.
I kept the workout journal just to see how far I progressed. I do it everyday now to keep it up to near 2 hours.

This worked for me in setting up my next goal for reducing my weight and my continued progress. That is what I do to help me believe in reaching my goals.  I set my goals in small amounts so I would not get frustrated each
time. Then when I conquered that goal, I continued setting up the next small goal.

Yes, I think eating little enough to stay at 120 will be very difficult despite all the exercise.

When I was 120 Julie, it felt the same. It was not too low for me at all. I was fitting in size 2 already at 122, 123. I decided being at 120 that I was not going to be size 0 and as long as I stayed in 120ish range at size 2, I would be very happy with the results. I am med framed and to be 0, I would have to be smaller framed.

I went to 120 on a dare to see if I could make it and because my neighbor thought it impossible to get to that weight. She was 145 to 150 at the time. She is my treadmill neighbor the one who is stuck right now.

I know I can get to my goal. A size 0 or 2 would not be a reasonable goal for me though, that my body would just not do happily. My goal is 135 (size 8 or so) and I'm almost there. Setting smaller goals helped me stay positive. I am really worried about maintaining though, I've always been okay at losing but have gained what I've lost back and more.

Keeping positive is a good thing. Sometimes the negatives come in and makes me start thinking that way a little. Once I give it try that I can do this, then it is good.

Well being positive and detemined enough had a lot to do with my getting to that point. I touched it and I

know I can do it again if I wanted to. Staying close to it is good enough for me until I decide to do it again Julie.

You have that determination so you will do it. It may
