Healthy fast food, impossible?

On the weekends I'm always running around doing errands.

Can anyone give me suggestions on healthy fast food, or at least not as bad for you fast food?

What do you eat when your not at home and crunched for time?

I try to keep a luna bar with me so I don't get famished.
I also try to eat a big, healthy breakfast,
and then grab some fruit for a snack before eating lunch out.
I usually opt for sit down service rather than fast food.
I prefer to pay a bit more, but have better choices.
When we do go out - DD & I usually split something.

And I have a great water bottle that stays really cold, so I can sip on it all day.

I like Subway, and Chick-Fil-A makes a good grilled chicken sandwich. You can also get wraps and salads. I think you can eat healthy at most fast food places - most have salads and grilled chicken on the menu. You just have to make the right choices (which is hard for me sometimes

Subway sandwiches are good. I had them on the road trip this month. I think if you cannot eat the whole thing
it is best to have them slice it and you can put it in a little insulated bag for later on.

I carry little bags of granola with me.

Right now Dairy Queen has a little chicken wrap that I love, just the right size, it's only 1.69.

It's chicken wrapped in Romaine lettuce

When I'm running around and know I won't have time to stop or just don't want to be bothered stopping, I make a peanut butter sandwich...whole wheat bread with Simply Jif...and take it along in a baggie. It won't go bad in the car, tastes good, is healthy and costs pennies. What a deal..LOL!! Of course I take a water bottle along too.

I keep nuts, dried fruit and power bars in my purse for a snack. I'm not sure what you'd eat for a meal when your running around.

I forgot about Subway. Thanks for the reminder.
