Something a bit different for the QOTW ~

Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..

Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..

Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.

What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?
After you've posted it ..
Share how you did in the daily exercise post ..

So what is it going to be for you?

Looking forward to seeing many of us changing, making new healthy habits together :)

Hi Nancy,

You are not alone in the veggie dept. Me too. I hate avocadoes, but when I mix them with salsa they taste better. I never tried hummus until this year and eat that with some of the veggies now.

That is what helps me, but I know everyone is different.

I want to continue my habit of walking the dogs 5/7 days.
And one day at the dog park or hiking so they can play off lead.

I'm also going back to writing down everything in my food log.
I need to work on that daily.

Evening snacks can be a really bad habit.
I wish you luck Kara!

What an easy way to add toning exercises Aileen.
You can't complain you don't have enough time to do that.
I think I might start my push ups & sit ups in the commercial time.

Yes commercial times on tv are good times to do something instead of just sitting and waiting for the commercials to end.

Okay, Nadine. You are doing it to me again. You are making me really think and make a hard choice. I read this thread first, skipped answering it and went through a bunch of the other threads until I could come to a conclusive decision.

I've decided to jump in and deal with the habit I've really, really been struggling with. I've gotten into the habit of a late night snack. I love my late night snack, but I know it's really bad for me, especially as it's usually an impulse snack. I am going to deal with this problem.

I will say that I am going to give up my late night snack, but if a fall off the wagon, it will at least be a healthy snack.

Do you know how hard this is going to be for me?!!!? I don't know when this started, but it's some time this passed year. It's been a comfort thing as life hasn't normalized at home yet and I've been using that as an excuse to do it. You've got to help me with this one since you started it. LOL!!
