Something a bit different for the QOTW ~
Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..
Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..
Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.
What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?

hmmm. did I say that out loud hugs, he he he.. I do practice what I preach..........when it's easy. lol.. I fell way back this time, esp. now out of work, too easy to munch. gotta move and groove.. lol..
