Something a bit different for the QOTW ~
Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..
Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..
Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.
What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?

Well maybe you can have fruits for after dinner. I do that with bananas, grapes, whatever fruits are in season.

Sure...it is not my idea really. I just thought that since most commercials take a lot of time, it is
a good time to do the mini workouts to pass the time. I do it all the time. Glad to share to everyone.
I meant sure you may use the idea of the mini workouts during tv commerical time...sorry when I looked at my message it was not that clear.
How have you tried to break it before ?
What time is dinner now ?
I have faith you can do this .. together we can :)
We can use them all ..
I thought it was a great one too.
