Something a bit different for the QOTW ~
Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..
Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..
Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.
What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?

As near perfect as you already are
thanks to sweetrose for letting me copy her, I have my official new habit, to do mini exercises during commercials. so far so good squats are great at this time.
