Something a bit different for the QOTW ~
Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..
Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..
Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.
What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?
After you've posted it ..
Share how you did in the daily exercise post ..

Thanks Nadine, loosing weight and excersing is one of my hardest things to do in my life.
You are always so encourgaging and I love you for that. I have begun this morning, with my yogurt and I will have a half a grapefruit once I finish here with the computer.
It means so much to me that you haven't given up on me. I really truly want to do this, my problem is that once I am stressed about something, I automatically go for food with out even noticing it. I have to be more aware of my emotionally statis and step back when wanting to stuff my mouth with food for comfort. I can do it and I know that for a fact because I have done this in the past.
Thanks again hugs for your support and encouragment and not giving up on me. I will make me proud and you too.

We all go through stages, ups & downs ..
Depending what is going on in RL ..
That is why we need to treat every day as a fresh start ..
More important than ever is never quitting :)
