Something a bit different for the QOTW ~
Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..
Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..
Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.
What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?

This is such a fabulous idea!!
I am adding another change besides my mini walks during tv commercial.
I will do 10 minutes of total body strengthening each day instead of lumping them on the weekends.
Will keep you busy for sure :)
There were times that I felt too busy to do them on weekends for 20 min a day, so I figured doing them for 10 min each day will be just as good Hugs.
Allows us to succeed even moreso :)
Well I was doing strengthening with Gail for awhile, then with the summer trip I stopped for a short while. Now time to think....nope...not think...Do it...do and work on my strengthening again Hugs. Instead of doing different sections , I will do all areas for total body.
my changes are going to be: more fruit,veggies and water. more healthy foods in so more "bad" foods won't have room.
