Something a bit different for the QOTW ~
Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..
Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..
Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.
What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?

Well, I tried – and failed – to eat veggies every day, although I did eat more than I had been.
And I bet you're proud of you as well ..

Oh my yes that will be an excellent habit to get into.
