Something a bit different for the QOTW ~
Most of us know how it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
This will go along with our new *Fall into Fitness* Challenge for September..
Starting today, *here* in this thread/post ..
Commit to making/forming a new habit ..
Or changing one.
Just needs to be one for the next 21 days.
What healthy habit will you commit to doing for the next 21 days?
After you've posted it ..
Share how you did in the daily exercise post ..
So what is it going to be for you?

yes anything is better than buying a donut or breadsticks lol
How about a nice bedtime routine, like a nice lotion all over. Or, get a pedi, mani, facial.........once a month.
