This is a great resource for 'desk jockeys' everywhere. Each video offers a different scenario, and Bob Harper (the personal fitness trainer from Biggest Loser) does a great job of motivating people.

Took a quick peek. Interesting. Do you do the crunches Kara?
I hate crunches so I look for alternate ones.

That is super Kara. Yes I know there are good ones besides the crunches.
I do variety too. Confuses the body and makes it work to burn the calories.
This is nice to talk about with others. Some that I know...my neighbors only stick with
one type and wonder why they are stuck.
