Trouble getting scheduled :o(

I am having some organizational stress. I am trying to coordinate my new healthy habits: 30-40 min a day exercise/yoga/ROM, a 30 min nap/siesta (at least the next 4 weeks), proper nutritional cooking. And my school/homework (eventually work) schedule. The way things look at this time, my studies are going to require that I allow about the same time someone working full-time would allow. Unfortunately it is not in one big chunk of time each day.
How do you do it? Or how would you suggest I do this? ANY thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you break up your 30 min into 2
I would suggest breaking the exercise into 10 or 15 minute increments - it's more manageable that way.

While I cook or warm up things for dinner, or do my laundry I do mini walks, jog in place, etc.
I think my first struggle is to get a new mindset.

Now then yes healthy eating is quite important.
That will come in time.
You said you came up with an extra 3 hours .. is that right ?
If that is the case that yes you can do this

First of all thank you all so much for your suggestions.
Am so poriud of you for getting so organized like this.
It will surely help you to do this as well.
Now about the 21 change/healthy habit ..
