However have to say with *treats* ..
I myself *can* be very good & limit myslef to one or two.
So no doubt there is an exception to everything
Course that is not always the case but often for me :)

Wow! Dissecting the cravings that we have. ...interesting.
For me it is best just to have a little and just do not deprive myself
or I would probably fall too. My problem though was not the dessert part.
It was the extra servings of the dinner meals that did it for me. Bad me.
Now I am good. I better be after all these challenges and hard work.

Well the salads are fine, but my swhusband told me that it is what is added to the salads that add up the calories...the creamy dressings, cheese, etc. And the appetizers. At restaurants, I try to limit the appetizers.

Well I wouldn't/couldn't stop at one french fry though Kara,
My plan would be to eat them all
When I splurge on those I make sure to get the smallest size :)
