Do you plan meals according to your fitness/health needs?
How much thought actually goes into what foods you and your family are eating?

Definitely, I always have fitness and healthy in mind when planning our meals.
We are "whole food" people.
I always like to look at the ingredients of products before buying them.
I try to buy items that do not have too much or no

Reading labels os also important.
