Wanna Know a Secret? .. It's time for the

FIT for FALL SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE!

 

     

 

 

There are to be four parts to it ..



  • Exercise .. post your steps and share what else you do for a workout.  
    By sharing which exercise you chose .. it may help someone else make a decision.



  • Food .. Healthy Diet & Portion Control? 
  • Water .. drink 'til you float!
  • Post your goals each day.. in the daily goal thread


 


We would like you to commit to developing/renewing a healthy habit
And share how you won and/or lost the battle with this each day.

 

 

As usual post your results in the *Daily Exercise & More Discussion* in the *iExercise Goals & More* Folder.   
You can reward yourself with a  *yahoo*    SCyahoohoo.gif picture by Fitness-Health    or  *boo hoo*     SCboohoo.gif picture by Fitness-Health  depending on how you do.

i'm afraid to post something, because I don't usually follow through. Well, I did follow through on the water intake, buying the pop and eating the fish crackers, but that's about all.

All right, count me in! I sucked at the last one, wanted to lose 11 lbs, but only lost 5. Oh, well, that's something at least! So, I'll shoot for 7 lbs this month!

OK so I've been embarrassed to admit it but i cant figure out the graphics.


I have tried several times, but i have very limited time on the computer as i share this one laptop with my family of 5.


So instead of spending so much of my precious time trying to figure it out, i just post.

Just please ask ..
Will be happy to walk you through it .
Won't take that long & you can always try it the next day.
Have to tell you I too had no clue on any of this stuff in the beginning.
