Wanna Know a Secret? .. It's time for the
FIT for FALL SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE!
There are to be four parts to it ..
- Exercise .. post your steps and share what else you do for a workout.
By sharing which exercise you chose .. it may help someone else make a decision.
- Food .. Healthy Diet & Portion Control?
- Water .. drink 'til you float!
- Post your goals each day.. in the daily goal thread

I'm hoping to get back to regular here next week.
Did you see my answer in the buddy walker section Nadine?
So I'm working on eating at home at least 6 nights a week.
And limiting the amount of wheat products.
I'd like to cut out alcohol as well,
But I'm not doing so well with that right now.
makes some of us realize how we too can add exercise.
