I Think I Need Help

I did day one of Shred today. I'm not sure it is the right exercise for me. I'm 5 foot 4 inches. I weigh 232 pounds. I have size F breasts. The jumping jax, butt kicks, and jump rope totally hurt my boobs!!! The best support bra I have is a Medela nursing bra and purchasing another bra right now isn't an option. Plus, I'm so out of shape!! I seriously haven't done anything like this in almost 15 years when I was very physically fit in high school. So for most of the cardio stuff, I did high knee walking in place to keep my heart rate up. And the abdominal exercise at the end, yeh, couldn't do that one. So, should I focus on using my Gazelle (which is basically zero impact) right now until I lose some weight in my boobs or should I keep trying to do the Shred and just modify the movements? To this point I've just been walking for my exercise but before too long, its going to be too cold to walk so I want to get in the habit of exercising inside. Plus, I think I need an extra kick to get going again. I've gained 3 pounds in the last couple of weeks. Although I was using livestrong.com to track my calories and I've been slacking there, too. Plus it was my husband's birthday this weekend and I've had cake. EEEEK!!! I'm not doing so well but back on track tomorrow.

I think the Shred is too vigorous for you yet.

I forgot to mention that you can use the Leslie Sansone walks for indoors too. Do everything slowly until you get used to working out. It took me a long year to get reduced. Do not expect the fast results. Much better to take it slow. You can do toning workouts in between your walks.

Hi dizzfrizz,
While it may not be for you right now,
You should be very proud of you for trying/doing it
Leslie Sansone has asome excellent WATP DVD's/tapes.
Perhaps you would be better to start with them ?
Let us know what you decide :)

I think the 30 day shred is very hard. I consider myself in pretty good shape and I huff and puff when I do that workout.
