Those are great workouts, too. Are they at the gym or your home?
Here at the exercise folder is a good place to record your progress. I also use a notebook. I can find out what workout worked for me or not.

just got it... :) good old wal-mart, got my walking in for the day...lol j/k
yes the snack is very good, and i pre-cut everything up, so it's really quick to grab it for when i don't have time to make something.
i got a membership at the YMCA, that is where i like to work out mostly, unless i go for a walk outside.
