Those are good snacks...yummy too.


Those are great workouts, too. Are they at the gym or your home?


Here at the exercise folder is a good place to record your progress. I also use a notebook. I can find out what workout worked for me or not.

Kashi cereal or bars

walking and a class at the gym

I don't really, but I try to make sure I do something eveyday

just got it... :) good old wal-mart, got my walking in for the day...lol j/k

yes the snack is very good, and i pre-cut everything up, so it's really quick to grab it for when i don't have time to make something.


i got a membership at the YMCA, that is where i like to work out mostly, unless i go for a walk outside.

2. What is your favorite quick exercise? picking up weights and doing a few basic exercises

3. How do you keep track of your progress? I used to keep a notebook, I don't now
