keeping track in a notebook is a good idea,
i need to get back into that habit! when you see what you eat, you tend to eat less
It really does help ..
Feel free to start a journal here in the exercise folder ..
Unless you would of course rather not.
I did start one but um, got sidetracked ::blush::
