Just wondering..Does anyone change

Their workouts to different ones if they cannot do what they want to do for the day?
Or does anyone just skip for the day?
I found out that I wanted to do some wog jogs in the afternoon, but it was just too warm for me so I cut it short and decided to substitute some other workout for later on.

Yes I have seen the commercials. They look high impact even for me. I like to do 2 types high impact when I feel like it and a low impact one. The high impact ones are jarring for the body.
Let us know how you like the section you want and variety does change things and less boring to do.
Oh that is good and you can change often.
I do that too for the warm days.

Well you did the kick butt workout anyway.
I did not circuit train today...maybe tomorrow.
