Their workouts to different ones if they cannot do what they want to do for the day?


Or does anyone just skip for the day?


I found out that I wanted to do some wog jogs in the afternoon, but it was just too warm for me so I cut it short and decided to substitute some other workout for later on.

My Mom actually isn't able to do it yet. I guess it's really intense. She's trying another program before she starts the P90X. We mostly borrowed it for my DH to use-he needs something quick and intense to get in shape for his AF fit tests. I do a lot at the gym that's similar(combat, yoga, weights), but I want to try the abs section and the plyometrics videos. Something different at least!

Yes I have seen the commercials. They look high impact even for me. I like to do 2 types high impact when I feel like it and a low impact one. The high impact ones are jarring for the body.


Let us know how you like the section you want and variety does change things and less boring to do.

I belong to a gym, but I do use FitTV for my Yoga, Pilates workouts.

this morning i was supposed to go to cycle class, but got out early from volunteering at dd's school, so I went home and did a Jackie Warner, DVD. She kicked my butt.
