Their workouts to different ones if they cannot do what they want to do for the day?

Or does anyone just skip for the day?

I found out that I wanted to do some wog jogs in the afternoon, but it was just too warm for me so I cut it short and decided to substitute some other workout for later on.

I try to plan around the weather so I don't get disappointed.

True if one cannot do certain ones at certain times, you can change to a workout that can still give you what you need.

Being cold is sort of good for workouts and makes one burn the calories more to keep you warm.

It is all true Julie...that is how I stayed in control during the Thanksgiving, Christmas eating. I actually went out in the cold 30 degrees to bike ....well in our Bay Area we do not get snow here. Everyone stayed indoors and I was the goofy one doing my workouts. I can just imagine what my neighbors were thinking.

You are burning your calories to keep you warm. I do not wear really thick jackets when I bike in the cold, because I do not feel cold at all except for my hands of course.
