It is interesting how others dress but I know that I never dressed that way when I was overweight.

My neighbors notice too. My treadmill neighbor is still treadmilling and now added bicep curls to her workouts.

Remember I told her to do them differently and she pshawed it off as extra exercise which she refuses to do.

Now she is doing her bicep curls differently because she is finding theone way that she was doing for awhile getting

Interesting your in-laws may notice but wouldn't say anything Aileen.

It's hard to believe that I once was about 30 pounds heavier than I am now!!

Maybe because I was not really showing my overweightness. Although my clothes at the time were looser to cover. Now I wear the slimmer blouses when I seem them. That is fine as long as I know I went down and can fit in the smaller clothing now. I do not really mind if others do not notice or not.

Well i voted no one. At least no one says anything about it. But honestly it doesn't matter to me if they say anything. It would probably make me uncomfortable if they did.

The only person that it would be nice to hear from is my hubby but there is still time for that. I haven't reached my goal yet.

That is interesting on your neighbor Aileen,
Sounds like she wants to figure things out for herself
And yes people dress whatever they feel like no matter what :)

Very great to hear you've had those *lightbulb* moments Julie,
That book sounds interesting & helpful really.
As does your friend eating what she does.
Yes it really is for ourselves isn't it ?
I think those that love us accept us any way we are :)
