When I 1st started and my weight did not move, I think it was stuck. I think it was me still learning. Now I know how to unplug myself and change different ways. Throughout the day I change to different workouts.


I saw this interesting video and it reminded me of my first start Hugs.

I wish!!! You have to lose a bunch of weight before hitting a plateau. I am so wanting to reach that point! Come on plateau!!! LOL!!
