Foods YoU Have/Would Give Up ?

Sometimes we need to cut back or eliminate certain foods from our diet,
So was wondering for the QOTW ~
Are there foods you have stopped eating in order to stay/get on the fit & healthy road ?
Or are you one of the lucky ones that can eat anything ?

Hmmmm...I really have not eliminated foods. I just eat them smaller servings. I used to eat them in bigger servings. This helps me. I know that it is not for everyone...and it is hard. My neighbors cannot do that.
I have to keep sweets out of the house. I don't crave them anymore, but don't trust myself if they're in the house. An exception is that once in awhile my husband buys himself some cookies. He puts them in a designated place in the pantry that is his junk food space. He

Well Hugs..I do not want to give them up really, so if I still want to munch on them, I have to eat the smaller portion and behave myself.
I have given up lots of things LOL
number one is candy. I used to eat a lot.
then there is my frozen chimichangas i would eat for lunch all the time.
i have also really cut back on my chips and sodas.
