Foods YoU Have/Would Give Up ?

Sometimes we need to cut back or eliminate certain foods from our diet,
So was wondering for the QOTW ~
Are there foods you have stopped eating in order to stay/get on the fit & healthy road ?
Or are you one of the lucky ones that can eat anything ?
Let our *inquiring minds* know as always :)

There isn't anything that I have given up completely but there are many things I used to eat A LOT of that I rarly have now:
Well except for maybe the sweets/candy
Maybe a little every so often if you want/can ..
Remember moderations is the key

I see it as the oppsoite here ..
More stores are starting to catty the whole wheat breads
Stores are *learning* the variety as well as the *healthier* eating ..
Hope you do say something though ..
It might just be what lights the fire :)
Rarely eating all those now is a huge accomplishment!
Betting when you do you don't even have a lot now ?

I have several foods I've given up.
Alcohol really slows down my weight loss.
Between the vodka and the mixes I add entirely to many calories to my day.
I don't eat much processed food anymore.
I would rather make things from scratch
instead of out of a box.
I don't add cheese to many things anymore.
I'm cutting down on wheat products this month.
I've noticed they cause cravings and bloating.
I don't think I'll cut them out completely
but I can cut back.
I use to be like that too
