How many grams of protein are we supposed to have in a day and what is a serving?
How many grams of fiber are we supposed to have and what is a serving?
I was advised by my nurse that my diet should be 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% good fats. I track my calories at livestrong.com and they give you a pie chart breaking down your diet into these three percentage categories. I keep ending up at about 60% carbs and then equal protein and fat. I've cut waaaay back on bread and pasta. I actually haven't had pasta but maaaaybe once a week. Probably not even that much. And I might have 2 pieces of bread a day but I'm still ending up too high on my carbs. I need to know some non-carb foods that I can focus on to try and get my carbs down some more.

Looks like you've gotten plenty of suggestions.............hope they are helpful!
Especially if you aren't drinking tons of water
Can cause digestive issues.
Hopefully you can work out a nice balance.
