B) 1 slice whole wheat toast with low sugar peanut butter..orange juice..coffee
L) left over turkey..1/2 cup mashed potatoes
D) left overs of pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans..skim milk
Snack) olives..sm can tomato juice..blueberries
Dang..ran out of walnuts that I also eat as a snack..need to go to the grocery store tomorrow..lucky me..LOL!
