It is ok if you ask again Julie. Around 120 to maybe 122 -123ish. Maintaining stage....ahhhh yes. That is what I have been doing for over a year now. How hard is it? Well it depends on how determined one is. I am....determined that is. How many minutes do you work out everyday Julie? If you want to stay in control like me, I do 90 minutes to 2 hr. This varies.

My neighbor was down to 140, but with all the Spring and Summer eating outs, she gained 3 back. It is hard and not easy. It all depends on how determined one is. My neighbor hated exercise in the first place and still does, so for her it will be hard to go back down. I told her if she wanted to go back down there were 2 ways, but she is

Awesome you stay up instead of back to bed too.
You will continue your journey ..
You've come to far to let it ever slide :)

How awesome to hear all this Julie,
Feeling more confident in things we wear is really the best!
Not to mention your clothes are all big now, wow!
Doesn't it make you just want to shout it to the world ? LOL
Love hearing this :)

Yes ...no sliding back for me.

My neighbor did buy a size 6 pants earlier this year hoping to fit into it this year, but I do not know now. I think she is in the size 8 range again.

I know it is hard for everyone and it will not be easy. Even controlling. Controlling is easier . I can do the workouts with no problem, but the determination to keep going is now is what makes it a little harder. Some days will be blah until I do a little and I get out of the blah moment.
