I looked over this article and it was a good read. Interesting information about low carb not being low calorie and on night time snacking.

It's true that you can indulge in a bad for you food "occasionally"..but..one person's idea of "occasional" may be different from another person's idea of "occasional". If we use common sense, we can eat smart and enjoy something we normally wouldn't eat
