Yummy, send me a box!!!.....on a positive note, those usually sell really fast so you may not be tempted for long, lol.

My dh used to take them to work and just put them on the break table with a place to put the money and they would be gone so quickly!

It "World's Finest Candy". Mint Meltaways, Caramel Swirls, Chocolate Coated Almonds, Almond Candy Bars, and Krispy Candy Bars. Yum, yum, yum, yum yum. Fortunately my SIL is taking all 4 cases tomorrow to help her sell them. BUT, my daughter always tries to sell 22 cases to get one of the top prizes so I have a month of this to deal with!!! Praying she sells 22 cases quickly!

And speaking of not worth it - we need groceries really bad right now. I had cooked the kids hotdogs early and so they were already fixed. I had 2 for lunch. SO NOT WORTH THE CALORIES TO EAT A HOT DOG. Between the bread and 2 hot dogs it was almost 600 calories. I would have rather had a Big Mac!!! LOL Anyway, still under my calories for the day but I haven't had dinner yet. Probably going to go over a little bit today, I think. But I never factor in my extra calories for nursing the twins.

A side note on the same topic...Halloween is coming up. You can donate all that candy you don't want! In the magazine Women's Health it states, "Mail your individually wrapped chocolates or hard candy to Operation Gratitude, a nonprofit that boxes up care packages to send to overseas service men and women. Operation Gratitude, 16444 Refugio Road, Encino CA 91436."

So if you buy too much candy and can't give it all out, or if you have kids that get too much, box it up and send it to Operation Gratitude! I think I will have to do this. I can really eat the junk food when I'm pmsing.

I can see why you needed intervention. Those ARE yummy candies.

Well yes since you are still nursing, it is better not to restrict yourself too much.

You are still doing good Dizzfrizz.

Tell your daughter good luck with her sales.
I went through something similar with Girl Scout cookies in the spring.
I froze the extras and have been selling them to neighbors as the year has gone on.
It's great for me - I'm not tempted, because I'm trying to recoup the cost

ps - next time try tofu dogs - much lower in fat & calories

When I buy hot dogs I buy the turkey dogs. These were given to us so I was using what we had. Um, won't do that again!

Well, I hope I don't HAVE to freeze any of them!!! The only way we can have them is if we buy them and we don't have the money to buy them!! So we aren't thinking freezer at this point - she HAS to sell them!! LOL If I know my SIL (she is going to take my daughter candy selling) I won't have to worry about them being in the house for long. She'll get rid of them quickly so they can be done.
