I Like To Do This For Abs, too...

This is another idea to help and challenge the abs that I use as often as I can...

TOE RAISES

How to do it:  Stand barefoot, lightly holding on to the back of a chair. With your
shoulders back and down and abdominals pulled in, slowly lift your heels so that your
body weight is on the balls of your feet, pause at the top, then slowly lower. Repeat 8 to 15 times.

WHAT IT DOES

This challenges your core to hold you steady as you move vertically. Bonus: it strengthens calves.
If you feel that this is too easy, challenge yourself and try holding on with just your fingertips, then
try it without holding on at all. Real challenge : Close your eyes and repeat exercise.

Glad you are back...sort of back.
You know me Hugs, since I hate ab crunches, plus it does triple good for anyone who does it....
abs, calves and balance.

Actually I probably never did either, but see we always get ideas from being here.

Before we know it our stomachs are automatically tucked in and ready to move.
