I think my neighbor knows it Hugs. She loves eating and it is hard for her to do the portion thing, which means she is not ready to lose. She is just doing the walking on the treadmill for exercise.
I did not think she would give up, but at least she is walking. She still hates walking, too.
One can hope she limits food little by little maybe :)
She considers it all exercise which she hates doing. If she did not have to do it, she would gladly stop. She realizes that it is helping her back though, so that is why she only does 30 min a day.
Strange though I used to hate working out, but now I am understanding it is helping me in other ways, so I do not mind it. For her is different she still does not like doing it.
Glad she does it but ..
Can only hope she learns to like it :)
Yes it is sort of sad. That is why when she took up using handweights and doing bicep curls , I was puzzled
why she added that. I remember telling her she could change and do it differently and she made the look.
I did ask her recently about it and she told me she watches The Doctor Show on Fox I think and one of them advised about using handweights.
Yes she is Hugs. Slowly doing the variety.
And there is always hope too for her :)
