That is a good one. I do not keep track though. If I had just started my trip to losing more, I would try it out.

Nay Hugs never did. I am thinking that I might go nuts counting this and that everyday for everything.

I am one of those that would probably give up on that one.

I try to keep around 1600 calories, but I just estimate. I don't meticulously count what I eat or I'd go crazy!

Agree with you LIz,
You just kind of know, do it mentally then ..
Which is a great way to keep track :)

Oh, it's not that I never had the need. It's just that I hate doing it. I've tried to keep track on fitday & such,b ut can never last longer than a few days. I kept track for about a month this summer, July I think. It gave me a better picture of problem areas, but I still didnt like it & it's so hard when they dont have the exact foods or even close to it, but I just went with the closest they had. But I really, really, REALLY hate counting calories AND keeping track of my food intake. Hate weighing & measuring food, too.

{{{Ludam}}}
I can so relate ..
It's not easy art all ..
I use to write it all down in a diary so to speak ..
I really helped too.
Don't you think at some point it becomes a *mental* thing ?
Where we just know ?
Hopefully you are doing well & know what I Mean :)
