Snack - mandarin oranges, a straberry Kashi bar, some cashews
Lunch will be an Amy's Indian Samosa Wrap.
The next snack will be a Nature Valley granola bar.
Then I head to the grocery store and pick up some more bananas. One banana right before dinner (helps me feel full with a smaller dinner).
I have no clue what dinner should be tonight. I have had acid reflux for four days so last night I had soda crackers. Whatever I do, it will have to be bland. I'm thinking about making rice. Plain old basmati rice. That with a banana and maybe some apple sauce will hopefully keep the yuck down.

Hi Emily, Oh those all sound good though & healthy. Bummer on the bland but sounds like it is best for now. Great idea on the banana beforehand as well. Feel better :)
