How do You stay consistent with exercise & eating healthy ?
How long has it taken you to be this way ?
Do you ever fall off with one or the other ?

How do You stay consistent with exercise & eating healthy? I too think it just becomes a learned behavior. Once you know what is ok and what is not, it just becomes second nature. Same with exercise.

How long has it taken you to be this way? I've been at this for a year. I'd say after about 4 months it just really stuck

Do you ever fall off with one or the other? Eating right is harder for me than exercising which I only miss if I'm sick. I just let myself have bad days and try to make sure I have more bad than good. It used to be I'd let one bad day turn into like 200 lol.

I went to the doctors today for the checkup and the doctor saw my overweight number compared to the lowest one today and was impressed. I told him what I do everyday besides the house things.


Yes writing it down and dividing the times for each one helps me Hugs.

Yes the planning helps with the workouts. At least my portioning is good now. Even my doctor asked me what had I been doing right...I told him I portioned now.
