What did you do pretty good this past week? In spite of my pity party I did eat properly. I didn't drink much alcohol I treated the kiddos with respect and dignity. I allowed my friends to drag me out Friday nite
What could you improve on this coming week? Move more and drink more water.
Thanks Liz. Well...I had to prove it to him too. I did see him last Feb 2008 when I was 136. Took me another year to control and have fun going down again to 122. That is why I have been doing the one down challenge with Julie.

I proved it to my doctor when I had the Mon appt and he was impressed.
