The leaves are turning and the air has a chill............. Outside exercise will be more difficult here in the North East.  Here's how I have prepared (all low impact which is important to me:).........Are you ready for winter??

I bought the Leslie Sansone Five Day Slim Down.

I bought Bellydance Fitness for Beginners and Bellydance Fitness for Weight Loss

I now have a Hulahoop for upstairs and downstairs:)

I bought two timers so I can time mini workouts

I also have my AM Yoga

My Urban rebounder and two DVD's with multiple intense workouts

My BowFlex, which I love............

Julie

Was thinking as I saw the title to this thread, "no I'm not ready for winter, fall just started!" lol

I don't really have exercise equip. and don't have any videos, but if I bundle up enough ancd the raods are claer I can walk outside in the cold and I can always walk circles around inside of the house. *wink*

You are SO READY Julie! I guess last year , you were not as ready as you are now. Bravo!

Let me see ..the answer is Yes. I am ready for the cooler temps and colder temps.

I practiced my circuit training for the road trips to try them out and they are good

for my cold days and raining days.

I have all my workouts down good to go.

I will do the circuit training and the t tap and hulahoop too.

Plus continue with the all body strengthening, and maybe Pilates with stretch band.

Alternate plans are always good to have.

I am blessed with a mild climate
And can pretty much run outdoors all winter.

I have a gym membership, so I can use the treadmill on really cool days.

I have several DVD's at home -
Belly Dance, yoga, HipHop Abs

and a Wii Fit!
