The leaves are turning and the air has a chill............. Outside exercise will be more difficult here in the North East.  Here's how I have prepared (all low impact which is important to me:).........Are you ready for winter??

I bought the Leslie Sansone Five Day Slim Down.

I bought Bellydance Fitness for Beginners and Bellydance Fitness for Weight Loss

I now have a Hulahoop for upstairs and downstairs:)

I bought two timers so I can time mini workouts

I also have my AM Yoga

My Urban rebounder and two DVD's with multiple intense workouts

My BowFlex, which I love............

Its great that you're not leaving any room for excuse this winter Julie....................WTG!

Not sure how much braving of the cold I'll do, but at least I can walk circles around the inside of the house if it gets really cold, etc.

Julie-you sound like me. I've been getting my DVD collection ready for winter and I"m looking for a few new titles. How are those bellydancing DVDs? Have you tried them out yet?

I'm looking at adding some of the 10 minute solution DVDs. Does anyone have any they'd recommend?

Do you like the wii Fit, Liz? We have a wii, been thinking about getting the Fit part when DH deploys.

We have fairly mild winters here too. I will go to my gym as usual. I also have my Mom's P90X if I can't get out. I don't mind walking in the cold either. Maryland winters are nothing compared to Alaska's which used to drive me nuts and were probably responsible for me gaining so much weight.
